Website not getting traffic or leads
Usually search cannot place a page for each service, or visitors cannot find the call, book or order step.
Start a projectWhy is my website not getting traffic?
People visit the site, but nobody calls, books or orders.
Traffic without inquiries usually means the next step is hard to see or hard to take: no price, no booking, a form that asks too much. Look at the site the way a customer does, on a phone, and see whether you can find the price and act on it within a tap or two. If you cannot, neither can they.
Every service is crammed onto one page.
Search engines match a search to a page, and a page about everything is a weak match for any one service. A page for each service, written in the words customers use, gives each search somewhere to land and gives you a place to put that service's price and booking. Each page then has one job: one service, one next step.
The price, the booking or the order step is buried.
Every extra click between interest and action loses people, and a contact form that promises a reply later is a click with no answer now. Put the step where the decision happens: the price beside the service, the booking button right under it. Metro Detroit Maids computes the exact price on the page, and booking takes a few taps from there.
On a phone, the call button is hard to find.
A phone layout that hides the number behind a menu, or shrinks the button to a small link, costs the call from the customer who was ready. Test it the way customers use it: one hand, on the move, looking for the number. Cabinet Factory Outlet keeps the showroom's hours and phone one tap away on every screen.
What we rebuild first.
- A page for every service
- The next step beside the price
- A call button always in reach
You keep. The code, the domain and the hosting account.
Proof. Metro Detroit Maids, a cleaning company whose site computes the exact price on the page and books in a few taps. Cabinet Factory Outlet, a cabinet maker's site that gets homeowners into the showroom: upload measurements, browse door styles or book a visit.

Website traffic and lead questions.
Why isn't my website generating leads?
Usually the visitors are the wrong ones, or the right ones cannot see how to act. Check which searches bring people in; if they do not match what you sell, the pages need rewriting for the searches your buyers make. If they do match, the page is losing them: no price, no booking, a form that is too long, a number that is hard to tap.
Why is my website traffic decreasing?
Look first for something that changed: a redesign, a move to new addresses without redirects, a page blocked from indexing, or a new competitor. Search Console shows which pages and searches lost visits and when, which usually points to the cause. A seasonal business should compare with the same month last year before assuming a problem.
Why is my website not converting?
Something between the visit and the sale is missing or hard to find: the price, the proof, or the step to buy or book. Read the page as a stranger would, and check that it says what you sell, what it costs and what happens next. Each gap sends people back to the search results. Fix the page before paying for more visitors to it.
Why is my website getting traffic but no sales?
Either the visitors are not buyers, or the checkout loses them at the last step. Compare the searches that bring traffic with what you sell, then buy something yourself on a phone. Shipping costs revealed late, a forced account sign-up and a slow payment page each cost sales. Your analytics show where visitors leave, and that page is where to start.
Is my website losing me customers?
Probably, if customers call to ask things the site should answer, or say they could not find you online. Test it: search for your service without your business name, then try to find a price and book on your phone. Any dead end is a customer lost to someone whose site had the answer.
How long does it take to rebuild a website?
Turnaround is quick once we have your content, and you see a live preview from the first week. The rebuild starts from what your current site gets wrong: the missing service pages, the buried steps, the phone layout. The fixed quote, the plan and the start date come in writing within one business day of your message, with no sales call.
