You are welcome to read, quote and share anything here. Please do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising. We may block access that does any of those things.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, photography and branding on this site belong to Web N' Social LLC unless marked otherwise. Client work shown in our portfolio is published with the client's permission and remains the property of the client or its respective owners. Naming us and linking back is always fine; republishing a page wholesale is not.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. Prices, timelines and worked examples are indicative and are confirmed in a written quote before any work starts. We do not promise the site will be available without interruption or that every page will be free of error, and nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of this site or any engagement is limited to the amounts you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Wayne County, Michigan, and both of us agree to that venue.

Changes to these terms

These terms are numbered and dated at the top of this page. When we change them, the new version replaces this one from the date shown, and continuing to use the site means those terms apply.
