Social media questions.

How soon does social media management start?

The first plan reaches you within a week, and posting starts once you approve it. That plan shows every topic before anything goes out. In weeks two and three we post and answer comments and messages, and in week four you get a report of what went out and what it brought in.

What do you need from us?

Your logo, your offers, and access to the accounts. We write the rest: the plan, the captions and the replies. Photos and video come from your own library or a shoot day, booked separately. Each month's plan starts with what you want to promote next.

Who owns the accounts?

You do. The accounts, every post and the content plan stay yours if we stop, and we work inside them as a user you can remove. Nothing is moved to an account we control, so the followers, messages and history stay with the business.

How to manage Instagram for businesses?

Post on a plan, answer comments and messages the same day, and check each month what brought people in. A business account adds insights and contact buttons, and a monthly plan keeps posts coming when the week gets busy. We run Instagram with Facebook and TikTok on one plan you approve.

How to hire a social media manager for small business?

Ask to see accounts they run now, and check how fast comments get answered there. Then get in writing what a month includes: how many posts, which platforms, who answers messages, and who owns the accounts if you part ways. Our quote covers each of those, and the accounts always stay yours.

What are social media management services?

They are the ongoing work of running a business's social accounts: planning content, posting it, answering comments and messages, and reporting what worked. Ours covers Instagram, Facebook and TikTok with a content plan you approve and twelve to twenty posts a month. Ads and shoot days sit outside it.

Is social media marketing worth it?

For most local and consumer businesses, yes: it is where customers check that you are open, active and worth a visit. It pays when it is steady and answered, and it costs you time when it is neither. Handing it over buys that time back, and each month's report shows what the posts brought.

What does a social media manager do?

A social media manager plans what a business posts, writes and schedules it, answers comments and messages, and reports what worked each month. Some also run ads, which we keep as a separate service with its own quote. With us, the same people plan, post and reply, so the replies match what was posted.
