Website integrations for small businesses
Your ordering, booking and payment tools, connected to your own website instead of separate vendor pages.
Start a projectWhen your tools and your site disagree.
Ordering, booking and payments each live on a different vendor page.
Every hand-off to another company's page is a place a customer can give up, and that page looks nothing like yours. We bring those steps onto your own site and connect them to the tools behind them. The Daily Press runs its menu and ordering on the cafe's own site with Clover behind it; its card payments are still in test mode, and DoorDash Drive delivery is not live yet.
The register, the calendar and the website all say different things.
When the menu changes at the register but not online, or the website shows a slot the calendar already filled, customers find out before you do. A connected site works from the same system your staff use, so a change is made once. Metro Detroit Maids books straight into the company's own BookingKoala calendar, so the website and the schedule are the same calendar.
Our plugins break every time something updates.
A site stitched together from plugins depends on many other companies' update schedules, and one mismatch can take the checkout down on a busy Saturday. We connect each tool the way its maker documents and write the rest of the code ourselves, so there is no stack of plugins waiting to disagree. The code is yours at the end, and any developer can pick it up.
The checkout page doesn't look like our business.
A payment step that jumps to an unfamiliar page makes a careful customer stop and wonder. We keep the checkout in your own design where the payment tool allows it, with the card form supplied by the payment company, so card numbers never pass through your own server. Wayne County Traffic School takes live card payments through Stripe.
What we connect for you.
- Ordering, booking and payments on your site
- Connected to the tools your staff use
- Custom code, handed over at launch
You keep. The code, the domain and the hosting account.
Proof. The Daily Press, a cafe's own ordering site: the full menu and ordering ahead, even while closed. Card payments are still in test mode. Metro Detroit Maids, a cleaning company whose site computes the exact price on the page and books in a few taps. Wayne County Traffic School: enrollment, audio lessons, the exam and a certificate with a public verification link, all online, with live card payments.
Pairs with. Online orders and payments.
